These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hs-buyer.com, property inquiry forms, and communications provided by HS Buyer LLC ("HS Buyer," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to the website terms that apply to your request. SMS/MMS marketing consent is handled separately and is voluntary.

Property Inquiries and Offers

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, agency relationship, obligation to buy or sell, guaranteed property availability, or guaranteed offer. Any potential transaction remains subject to review, verification, agreement on terms, required disclosures, and signed documentation.

Use and Disclosure of Information

HS Buyer LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Other non-messaging information may be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

HS Buyer LLC SMS/MMS Marketing Program

The HS Buyer LLC Property Marketing message program provides recurring marketing and informational SMS/MMS messages about real estate services, property selling opportunities, property information, potential cash offers, and related follow-up communications from HS Buyer LLC.

SMS/MMS Opt-In and Express Written Consent

When you voluntarily check the separate SMS/MMS consent checkbox on an HS Buyer LLC website form, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational SMS/MMS messages from HS Buyer LLC at the mobile number you provide. The checkbox is not pre-selected and must be affirmatively selected by you.

Consent to receive marketing SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service, and you may submit a property inquiry without agreeing to receive marketing SMS/MMS messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out and Help

You may stop receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also use supported opt-out keywords such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After your opt-out request is processed, HS Buyer LLC will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt in again.

Your Responsibility
